Function of Nilotinib

Nilotinib is improved from the molecular structure of imatinib, and has stronger selectivity for BCR-ABL kinase activity, and its inhibitory effect on tyrosine kinase is 30 times stronger than that of imatinib, which can inhibit Kinase activity of imatinib-resistant BCR-ABL mutants, while also inhibiting KIT and PDGFR kinase activities.
